KONSHENS EXCLUSIVE: Lollipop Entertainment’s Olivia Confirms the Show for August 23rd, Clarifies Dave Dash is Only the Face of the Company Not the Organizer but Vows, to keep the Likes of Chameleon away from the Star
CONFIRMED: Konshens and Dave Dash
Lollipop Entertainment Guru Olivia Nakitto has confirmed the Jamaican singer Garfield Spencer aka Konshens of the “Do Sumn” smash hit, will be performing live in Kampala on the August 23rd at the Lugogo Cricket Oval and not the Kyaddondo Rugby grounds as earlier speculated.
Olivia also revealed that the singer would be arriving in Uganda a few days prior to the show. The Lollipop entertainment boss was disappointed with Chameleon’s attics last year when he cunningly, set up a mini studio near the singer’s room at the Serena hotel to record a collabo with him. She swore that this time round, she intends to vet who will have access to the Jamaican star.
We can now, also authoritatively confirm that radio city’s Dave Dash who many thought was the man behind the upcoming concert, is just the face of the Bugoloobi based company. With most shows flopping last year, Konshens was the best crowd magnet and managed to put up the most successful show.
