Just a few minutes ago, our crime pries realised that city brainy hackers have raided the official website of Ministry of Health’s service commission wing and, demanded for details on fallen Butalejja woman MP Celina Nebanda’s death. 

In the website, www.hsc.go.ug, they wrote; “You should have expected us, for Cerinah Nebanda. Investigate the death of Cerinah Nebanda. We are anonymous, legion, we do not forgive, we do not forget. Expect us.” They further put a link to the anonymous international website www.whyweprotest.net. They proceeded to attach gay and lesbian pictures.

The goons continued to suggest the commission’s list led by Anonymous, President Museveni, Kampala MP Mohamed Nsereko and, NRM Caucus boss David Bahati all of whom they caption; “Guilty: for Cerinah Nebanda.”

Contacted for a comment through their office line, the Commission said they had been notified about the intruders and everything was being rectified. A one Harriet, who picked us but refused to give us her particulars saying she was not entitled to talk to the press, however fell short to explain why the whole website is not pulled down as they fix.

“I think you got her off guard and for damage control, she claimed they are aware. They should have pulled it down first, and fix it,” our expert retorted, in reference to Harriet’s claim. The hacking vice is on the rise in Uganda and recently, police upped their vigilance.
